About Fibrocare

Supports shrinkage of small to medium-sized fibroids. Fibroids, just like polyps, adenomyosis, endometriosis and endometrial hyperplasia, are estrogen dependent growths, and as such to understand fibroid management, knowledge of estrogen from the point of production to elimination is neccessary. Fibrocare addresses the estrogen metabolism problem in the liver, estrogen dominance and the recycling of estrogen.

What Fibrocare does

Reduces proteins such as fibronectin, cyclin D1 and collagen that are involved in development of fibroids
Promotes favourable and safe conversion of estrogen down the healthy pathway (2-OH pathway) as opposed to the proliferative (16-OH) or carcinogenic (4-OH) pathways, in phase I of estrogen metabolism
Supports conjugation of estrogen in phase II of estrogen metabolism, making the catechol water soluble and ready for excretion in phase III of estrogen metabolism
Prevents the recycling of estrogen by inhibiting the activity of the beta-glucuronidase enzyme formed as a result of gut dysbiosis
Induces apoptosis of fibroid cells
Provides strong antioxidant properties that can protect against oxidative stress, which plays a role in the development of fibroids
